Face Yoga combines intentional facial exercises, breath and facial massage techniques to tone facial muscles, skin and lymphatics to create a firm and sculpted facial line. Conscious breathing encourages blood flow, resulting in more oxygen, and more nutrients delivered to the skin. Your face, skin and mood will look and feel lighter and brighter.
